Positioned on the first floor at Westwinds Resort, the condo sits directly on the calm waters of Boca Ciega Bay, while the soft white sands of the Gulf beach are just a short walk away—only about 250 feet across the street. Whether you’re heading out for a morning beach walk, an afternoon swim, or a sunset stroll, the beach is always just moments from your door. For your convenience, beach chairs and umbrellas are provided and located in the property’s closet for your use during your stay.

The bayfront setting is one of the highlights of this property. The Boca Ciega Bay is ideal for paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing, thanks to its peaceful waters and abundant marine life. Guests often enjoy spotting dolphins and manatees swimming through the bay, along with a wide variety of birds that make this area their home. It’s the kind of place where mornings are best spent with coffee overlooking the water and evenings are perfect for watching the sky change colors as the sun sets.

Inside, the condo has been recently renovated with comfort and ease in mind, creating a space that feels inviting, and perfect for a great vacation. The two-bedroom, one-bath layout comfortably sleeps up to five guests, making it a wonderful option whether you're traveling with family or friends. A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your own pace, and onsite laundry adds extra convenience during your stay. WiFi and smart TVs ensure you can stay connected or relax after a full day in the sun.

Beyond the condo, the location truly shines. You’re just two blocks from downtown Treasure Island, where you can easily walk to local restaurants, beach bars, live music, and shops. Publix grocery store is only a three-minute walk away, making it simple to stock up on vacation essentials. For even more to explore, John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk in nearby Madeira Beach is just a short drive down the road. This popular destination is filled with waterfront dining, boutique shopping, sweet treats, water sports rentals, tours, and unforgettable sunset cruises.

Guests at Westwinds Resort also enjoy access to a heated swimming pool and private fishing and boating docks, adding to the relaxed, resort-style feel of the property.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
